What are the processing times?
Order shipments are made on business days only (Monday through Friday). The processing time for your order is 1 to 4 business days . Once your order is picked up by our carrier at our premises, delivery times vary depending on the delivery method selected . This time may vary depending on your delivery address. If this period should be extended for any other reason, we will contact you to notify you.
What are the shipping fees?
Shipping costs depend on the weight, size of the package and the shipping address.
How do I track my package?
Your tracking information will be automatically sent to the email address you provided during your order. If, however, you do not receive this email, we invite you to write to us at channingtatum@bandpromo.ca so that we can communicate it to you.
I missed the delivery of my package, what should I do?
You must go to the location indicated on your delivery company information card as soon as possible.
If your package is not collected from the postal facility near you, it will be returned to us after a certain period of time. If applicable, the return of your package will be charged at your expense.
Do you ship to the United States?
Yes! Please note that customs fees (if applicable) will be billed directly to you and we are not responsible.
Can I do pickup at your location?
Yes perfectly!
** IMPORTANT **
Your order must be collected within 3 months of sending the email confirming that it is ready for collection . After this period, the items will be made available again on the online store and no refund will be issued .
We don't have a lot of storage space and several people have long (or completely) forgotten to collect their order(s) so unfortunately we no longer have the choice to set a limit. So make sure you really have time to stop by our location if you choose the pick-up option and check your spam (we sometimes fall into it)!

Return policy
We accept returns for credit and exchanges within 7 days. Please note that we do not issue refunds on pre-orders . Please also note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
To facilitate the return process, please contact us in advance by email at channingtatum@bandpromo.ca and inform us of your name, invoice number, and the reason for your return. We will provide you with a return number, and you can then proceed with the return. For international returns, we will inform you of the procedure to follow to clear your return through customs. Any additional customs clearance fees incurred if you do not follow the given procedures will be charged to you.
The cost of returning goods is at the customer's expense.
The exchange, credit note issue or refund will be sent to you within 3 business days of receiving your return.
Our credit notes have no expiry date , so you are free to use them whenever you want, on the item(s) of your choice (including sale items and final sale items).
Only items returned in their original condition (unworn, unstained, undamaged, odorless, and with their original tags intact) are eligible for return. We reserve the right to reject a return if it does not meet the above requirements.
We take great care to carefully inspect all items sent to our customers. If the merchandise is found to be defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately so we can inform you of the return and/or exchange procedure. The same applies if your order is due to an error on our part (sending the wrong style, color, size, etc.).
